GENERAL
♦ The art you'll receive is for personal purposes.
♦ You will receive a digital file of the art you commissioned/requested/etc. Drawings in PNG format
♦ The sketch will be sent to the buyer for a review of changes before continuing
♦ You can post the received art in any site, with the proper credit
♦ Don't rush me, please╔═══.·:·.☽✧ ✦ ✧☾.·:·.═══╗
COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY♦ As the artist I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may (in example):
♦ Post/Display it (Fandom Characters with watermark) on my Twitter, Instagram, Ko-fi (giving you credit as the owner of the characters if they are OCs).
♦ Promote myself with it in any place as commission examples

As a commissioner:
♦ You have the permission to use and republish your commission (the art), with Credits please! (Personal use)
♦ May print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.
♦ To obtain commercial rights to the work, an amount will be added to the commission price
♦ Use it as decoration for your Twitter, Instagram, DeviantART profile, Facebook avatar, Discord...You are NOT ALLOWED to:
♦ Change, modify, trace my works without my permission.
♦ Use the copyrighted artwork comercially (meaning making money of it in any way). This point does not apply to art for Twitch & Youtube (Emotes, screens, alerts, thumbnails, panels)
♦ My art cannot be used for AI training, NFTs or other crypto related uses╔═══.·:·.☽✧ ✦ ✧☾.·:·.═══╗
COMMISSIONS & PAYMENT
♦ USD Payment will be by PAYPAL (via KO-FI)
♦ ARS Payment will be by transfer to an Alias (MercadoPago, Úala, Cuenta DNI, Etc.)
♦ The commission will start once the payment is made
♦ Once the sketch is done, there are no refunds unless I can't finish the job (In this case, you will be refunded the amount paid)
♦ I have the right to decline your commission if I feel I can't do it.
♦ A additional fee is charged if it's a character with many details
♦ The drawing will be delivered in a maximum of 2 weeks
