GENERAL
♦ The art you'll receive is for personal purposes.
♦ You will receive a high-resolution PNG files of the commissioned artwork (Digital good)
♦ The sketch will be sent to the buyer for a review of changes before continuing
♦ You can post the received art in any site, with the proper credit
♦ Please do not rush the process╔═══.·:·.☽✧ ✦ ✧☾.·:·.═══╗
COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY♦ As the artistI retain full copyright of the artwork, so I may (in example):
- Post/Display it (Fandom Characters with watermark) on my Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Ko-fi (giving you credit as the owner of the characters if they are OCs).
- Promote myself with it in any place as commission examples

As a commissioner:
♦ You have permission to use and republish your commission (the art) for personal use, as long as the signature is not removed. Credits are not required but are greatly appreciated!
♦ Use it as decoration for your Twitter, Instagram, DeviantART profile, Facebook avatar, Discord...
♦ May print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.
♦ To obtain commercial rights to the work, an amount will be added to the commission priceYou are NOT ALLOWED to:
♦ Use the copyrighted artwork comercially (meaning making money of it in any way). This point does not apply to art for Twitch & Youtube (Emotes, screens, alerts, thumbnails, panels)
♦ My art cannot be used for AI training, NFTs/Blockchain or any machine-learning related purposes╔═══.·:·.☽✧ ✦ ✧☾.·:·.═══╗
COMMISSIONS & PAYMENT
♦ Full payment is required upfront
♦ USD Payment will be by PAYPAL (via KO-FI)
♦ ARS Payment will be by transfer to an Alias (MercadoPago, Úala, Cuenta DNI, Etc.)
♦ Refunds are not available once work has started, unless I am unable to complete the commission
♦ Source files (SAI2/ PSD ver) are not included unless purchased separately
♦ I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason
♦ An additional fee is charged if it's a character with many detailsREVISIONS
♦ The sketch is sent for approval, and once approved, the drawing process begins. If you would like to see additional stages (lineart, base colors), please let me know in advance
♦ Changes can be requested for free during the sketch stage
♦ Estimated delivery time is up to 2 weeks. You will always be informed if any delay happens╔═══.·:·.☽✧ ✦ ✧☾.·:·.═══╗
ADOPTABLES
♦ Once payment is completed, you will receive the watermark-free PNG file with a transparent background, along with the flat color version
♦ For Adoptables, after purchasing the design, you are free to modify it as you wish (including the PDF file, if it is also provided)
♦ Pokémon adoptables are sold for the original design only, not the species, as the species belong to The Pokémon Company
♦ Commercial use is included for adoptables that are not part of any fandom
